John Porter, Contexxa's founder and CEO, has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Under Mr. Porter's leadership, Contexxa designed and developed the ACAP XXI System for the US Army. A world-class automated outplacement management, training, and reporting system, ACAP XXI is currently deployed at 44 Army facilities located in the US, Europe, and Asia.
