The Interview Creation Module is used to create the electronic interview which is presented to the prospective job candidate. The Interview Creation Module uses a simple, Web-based "point and click" interface to build the electronic interview from a series of text-based and streaming media questions. Once the interview is built and approved, it can be presented, via the Internet, to a candidate located anywhere in the world.

The Interview Presentation Module is used to present the electronic interview to the prospective candidate and capture the results. Once the candidate’s responses have been uploaded, they can be viewed by any authorized user in the organization.

The Interview Review and Evaluation Module is used to review the results of the interview and evaluate the candidate. The reviewer uses the simple, Web-based interface to review the candidate’s interview responses, view the resume, make notes, and/or record an evaluation. In addition, the reviewer can use this module to refer the entire interview, including the candidate's responses, to anyone with a valid e-mail address.

The System Administration Module is used to manage and optimize the InterviewConnect system. The comprehensive tools included in this module allow the system administrator to perform these important tasks with a minimum time requirement.
