Our team of HR consultants work with the organization to develop and produce a series of targeted interviews covering all of the intended positions. The organization uses our Web-enabled InterviewConnect platform to present the interviews at the remote site and capture the candidate's responses. The results are uploaded to the home office server where they are reviewed and collated by the hiring team before their departure.
